Local tax
Local taxes of € 2.70 per person (from age 14) per day will be settled locally.
Reservation
Reservations are deemed to be binding when a deposit has been credited to our bank account within 10 days after reservation by email.

We do not accept credit cards.

- Check-in: from 3 p.m.
- Check-out: until 10 a.m.
Pets
Dogs and cats are welcome. We charge an additional fee of €50.00 per week for dogs and €30.00 per week for cats.
Information for smokers
Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. Please smoke only on the balconies or in the garden.
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation, deposits cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances. The following cancellation fees may also arise:
- For cancellations up to 2 months before arrival, 30% of the total price will be withheld as a cancellation fee.
- For cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, 50% of the total price will be withheld as a cancellation fee.
- From 14 days before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price.
- If you arrive late or depart prematurely, we will charge the full price for the apartment.
